We are currently accepting registrations for:

•  Educational & Resource Vendors
•  Food Vendors / Food Businesses

Event Hours: 2 PM – 7 PM
(Setup details will be sent closer to the event date)

Vendor space is limited and registrations will be reviewed to help maintain a balanced and organized event experience.

Vendor Agreements & Waivers

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, weights, extension cords, and setup materials unless otherwise approved.
• No staking is allowed in City of Sacramento parks. All tents/canopies must be secured using weights or approved weighted systems.
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during and after the event.
• Vendors must comply with all City of Sacramento park regulations and event staff instructions.

Food Vendor Requirements

• Food vendors are responsible for obtaining any required Sacramento County Health permits and complying with all applicable food safety regulations.
• Vendors cooking or heating food on-site must safely operate all equipment and follow fire safety requirements.
• Grease, charcoal, or wastewater may not be disposed of on park grounds.

Liability Agreement

Vendor understands that participation is voluntary and agrees to hold harmless We Trust In Us Incorporated, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and the City of Sacramento from any liability, loss, theft, damage, injury, or claims arising from participation in the event.

Vendor is responsible for their own property, merchandise, equipment, staff, and activities during the event.

Event Conduct

We Trust In Us Incorporated reserves the right to deny, remove, or restrict any vendor, product, display, or activity deemed unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with the mission and standards of the event.

Refund Policy

Vendor registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Submission of registration does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors will receive confirmation and additional event instructions prior to the event.

Media Release

By participating in the event, vendor grants permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, and recap purposes by We Trust In Us Incorporated.
