Failure to Comply with Vendor Rules May Result in Removal from the Event

Vendor Requirements: Unity in the Community 2025

Food Vendors:

• Must possess an approved Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit from Sacramento County Environmental Management.

• No dumping of grease, wastewater, or charcoal is allowed onsite.

Merchandise Vendors:

• Must supply their own tables and display setup unless coordinated with the event.

Arrival/Load-in:

• Vendors will receive vehicle passes (if applicable) and assigned load-in times.

Power/Utilities:

• Generators are allowed with advance notice.

Trash & Cleanup:

• Each vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean space. Trash bags are provided upon request.

Safety:

• Fire extinguishers are required for cooking vendors. All tents and displays must be secured.

Insurance (if required):

• Food vendors using hot surfaces or fryers may be asked to provide a certificate of insurance naming We Trust In Us Inc./City Of Sacramento as additionally insured.
